Our very own Josh Moore is a finalist in the 'G4C Future Leader'. Generation 4 Change (G4C) is the young professional voice of the UK built environment industry and a driving force for change. The Future Leader Award celebrates the younger generation of construction and seeks to showcase the hard work and leadership of these up-and-coming professionals.

Megagrowth 50 2024 - 22nd Place

We are delighted to announce that DDL placed 22nd out of 50 companies at this years Megagrowth 50! The annual list - now in its 20th year - provides a performace table based on the average turnover growth of privately-owned businesses in Kent and Medway which have a turnover of £1Million.

Kent Business Awards 2023 - Best Family Business WINNER!!

On the 29th November the DDL Group proudly took home the prestigious "Best Family Business" award at the Kent Business Awards 2023! We are beyond honoured to receive this recognition, especially as a family-run business that not only values our team but also employs
families and supports them within our community. This award is a testament to the hard work and determination of every member of the DDL team. Here's to many more years of success, growth, and making a positive impact as a united DDL family! 

Kent Business Awards 2022 - Best in Construction WINNER!!

Being awarded best in construction in Kent means lot to the whole team. This award is a token to my team for all the efforts they put in and all the motivation and trust that they show towards our projects. The last 10yrs has been a great journey for DDL and the growth of our company is exceeded all expectations. I would also like to thank our clients who continue to work in collaboration with DDL and put their trust in us to conduct ‘now’ award winning projects. 

Kent Business Awards 2022 - Best Customer Service FINIALIST!! 

We were honoured to be finalist for Best Customer Service.   

DDL feel that proactive communication with clients, as opposed to reactive is key to building solid relationships, resulting in excellent project delivery, which has always proven effective, resulting in DDL being awarded repeat business from over 90% of our clients. 

Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce Awards - Family Business of the Year 2020/21 

DDL were awarded the Family Business of the Year award this recently, due to Covid the awards were postponed from March 2020 to November 2021.  We feel extremely proud to have been awarded this, especially looking at the strong competition for this award !  Although DDL has grown in size since incorporation, family values are still very important to the company - with the majority of the Directors immediate family being employed .  We would thank our team of staff both in the office and on site for enabling us to operate the family run business so well! 

SEBCE Constructing Excellence Awards 2021 - Outstanding Customer Service Award Finalist  

DDL were selected as a finalist for the Outstanding Customer Service Award in 2021.  Following submission of the nomination, vigorous panel interviews and presentations were had to show care a recent local project in Kemsley, Kent .  The project was an exciting energy project being subcontracted from G2 our client  to construct Battery Storage Facilities.
