We have learnt never to make ambiguous assumptions for any site decisions always seeking clarifications where required. We believe that our company performance is only as good as its staff. From feedback provided in the past we have spent a considerable amount of time and money in the last 2 years on developing our staff and growing the team skill set and competencies. Combining this with a newly developed internal management system has led DDL into a new area of Tier 1 contracting which is testament to our commitment to improving performance for a better service for our clients.
Negotiations with suppliers are always done for the project to ensure the best possible value for our client with any discounts we maybe able to pass on or increase our profit margins slightly as long as customer satisfaction on price is considered.
DDL work on projects all around the UK so we prefer to take on labour, plant and materials locally. This is to encourage local labour and help the unemployment crisis and also reduce our carbon footprint with our local men traveling up and down the country.
